Pepper Jelly in the making!

Well, I think we know the pepper in the picture now. It’s a Caribbean Red Habanero. Love the flavor and aroma. And yes, I wear gloves when cutting this pepper up! This pepper went into salsa at a local Chili’s Restaurant.
This Chili came labeled as Bhut Jolokia, but may not be one. Still a nice pepper with wonderful flavor.
